Wait, what? 🤔 Ok, hear me out.

A plant starts out small, sometimes as a seed. In order to grow to its full potential, it needs the right soil, nutrients, proper water & sunshine.

We all start out similar to a seed. For us to be and feel our best, we need proper nutrition with the right foods, care, activity & environment.

Do you only give plants attention when they start showing unhealthy signs like wilting or turning brown? No (well I hope not! 😬) Proper care involves maintenance and providing the right environment for a plant to continue to grow.

So why would you only give your body the attention it needs when you have symptoms like aches, pains, injury or are sick?

Your nervous system is very similar to the roots within a plant. Healthy roots form a nourished plant and are the source of communication to its leaves. Your nervous system provides constant communication between your brain & the rest of the body. Misalignment within the spine can put pressure on these nerves and impede this connection.
