Dr. Bob Grandy
The founder of Grandy Chiropractic Clinic, LLC - proudly serving the Batesburg-Leesville area since 1982. His first introduction to chiropractic began at an early age when seeking out care for sports related injuries. The success he saw with his own experiences led him to work with Special Olympics athletes while in high school and on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where he graduated in 1977. He shared his passion here for the chiropractic field with his older brother, Dr. Ted Grandy, who was also a chiropractor in the upstate of SC. Prior to Palmer College, Dr. Grandy played football at Newberry College and attended Clemson University for undergraduate study. Before opening Grandy Chiropractic Clinic in his hometown, he worked alongside Dr. William Harris in Albany, GA and Dr. G.S. Paulk in Barnwell, SC.

Dr. Grandy continues to be very active in local community organizations through the Chamber of Commerce, Ponderosa Country Club (where you can typically find him on a weekend enjoying a round of golf), the B-L Lion's Club and serving at Faith Lutheran Church. He and his wife Cindy met in Illinois while he was at Palmer College and have two children, Ben and Casey.
Dr. Casey Grandy
Joined Grandy Chiropractic Clinic, LLC in 2021 after relocating from Charleston, SC. Her chiropractic story began at a very early age: 3 days old! She grew up in a chiropractic family, developing her own testimony of the impact the profession can provide. She gives credit to her father (Dr. Bob Grandy) throughout her 15 years of playing soccer - regular adjustments, treatments and nutrition kept her healthy without any major injury. Witnessing how much influence her father and uncle had, not only in her life, but so many others led her to pursue her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Illinois. Her undergraduate education is from Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management. Prior to joining the family clinic in Batesburg-Leesville, SC with her father, she ran a successful practice of her own in Mount Pleasant, SC.
Dr. Grandy enjoys local community events, volunteering & mentoring with non-profit organizations, sports, traveling with her husband (especially to MLB parks) and organizing. She hopes that she can provide you with your own personal testimony and looks forward to working with you & serving her hometown and the surrounding communities proudly.
